Warranty Policy

The units come with a Limited One Year Warranty on the motor/pumps only. If the motor/pump has been damaged due to operator error, then the owner of the unit will be charged for any service repairs. Should any other feature be damaged or faulty upon initial operation please contact the Service/Warranty team immediately service@hygienica.net

    Warranty claims can be sent to service@hygienica.net. The Service/Warranty department will send you a FedEx pickup label for your equipment to be shipped back to our service center with the original box. Once the unit has been diagnosed, the Service manager will send you an estimate for the repair cost or if the Warranty claim is valid. Repairs are typically completed in less than two weeks.
